Alex did an excellent job with the plumbing for our house extension including a boiler move. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to a high standard.

We were impressed with the knowledgeable advice on the best boiler for our house and how to find a new position for the boiler, as the old position was not suitable for current standards. Alex did a very professional job of fitting the new boiler, and we were particularly pleased with the very tidy job he did of making good both around the new boiler and where the old boiler had been.

Exceptional service — highly recommended.

Alex carried out a complex job, removing an old boiler and gravity‑fed water system and upgrading it to a new combi system. The work involved challenging pipework alterations and removing old water tanks, including one in a very cobweb‑filled loft. Alex completed everything expertly, efficiently and with great care.

He consistently went above and beyond to ensure the job was finished to a high standard. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who takes such personal pride in their work — it genuinely felt as though he was working on his own home. He also provided helpful advice about other areas of the house.

We obtained a range of quotes, and this one was fair and competitive. Considering the complexity of the work and the standard it was completed to, we felt it offered excellent value. We’re extremely pleased with the result, and Bluewhale will be our first choice for any future work.

Alex has completed a superb job to upgrade 2 showers to provide pumped pressure as opposed to previously gravity fed in my 1930s house involving a lot of difficult pipework alterations in a professional clean and personable manner. The quotation was detailed and the price fair.We are extremely pleased with the outcome and Bluewhale are now our go to plumbing service for future work and would highly recommend them.
